Photos, catalogue images, 3D views, drawings and descriptions show types of equipment and work for illustration. The storefront image is a design concept. Make, model, dimensions, material, finish, fuel or power needs, accessories and the scope of site work are confirmed in our written quotation or order confirmation. Availability and specifications can change.
2. Enquiries and quotations
A phone call, email, WhatsApp message or quote form message is a request for information or a quotation and does not create a confirmed order. A quotation sets out the scope, quantity, price, validity, applicable taxes, delivery, installation and payment terms. Prices depend on the agreed specification. There is no online checkout on this website.
3. Delivery, installation and site work
Delivery estimates, transport charges, installation scope, site requirements and commissioning are agreed for each order. Gas pipeline, exhaust and AC ducting work depends on the site, and the site must be ready and accessible on the agreed dates. Service availability depends on location.
4. Cancellation, returns and refunds
These conditions depend on whether the equipment is standard, specially sourced or made to your specification, and on the stage of the order or work. Please get the conditions in writing before you accept a quotation, and report any problem after ordering, delivery or installation promptly, with your quotation or invoice details.
