Gas, exhaust & AC works
Gas pipelines, exhaust and central AC ducting
See each system working in 3D: gas flowing from the LPG bank to the burners, smoke rising into the hood, and cool air leaving the diffusers. Switch between them on the control panel.
Live 3D needs a browser with WebGL turned on. You can still pick an item and send an enquiry.
Centralized LPG Bank & Gas Pipeline
Cylinders in a bank outside the kitchen feed one manifold and regulator; the gas line runs to every burner with its own valve.

Layouts
How the gas line, exhaust and AC ducting are laid out
The LPG bank stays outside, the gas line reaches every burner, the exhaust goes to the roof and the AC ducting covers the whole hall.
Gas & exhaust
Centralized LPG gas bank
Cylinders stay in a bank outside the kitchen and feed every burner through one manifold and regulator, so there are no cylinders in the cooking area.
Gas pipeline
Gas lines run from the bank along the wall to every stove, bhatti and tandoor, with a valve at each appliance, and are checked for leaks before handover.
Exhaust hood & ducting
Hoods over the cooking line, with ducting up to the roof and an exhaust blower that pulls out smoke and heat. Fabricated and installed on site.
SS fabrication
Work tables, sinks, racks and trolleys in stainless steel, made to your kitchen’s measurements.
Central AC ducting
For restaurants, banquet halls, hotels and offices: the ducting that carries cool air from the AC unit to every corner of the room.
Supply ducting
GI ducts, rectangular or round, run from the AC unit along the ceiling to every part of the hall, insulated so the air stays cold.
Diffusers & grilles
Square, linear and slot diffusers that spread the cool air evenly across the room.
Dampers & flexible ducts
Volume control dampers balance the air in each branch, and flexible ducts make the last connection to each outlet.
Return & fresh air
Return-air grilles and fresh-air ducting complete the system. We do the ducting for ductable, VRF and AHU systems.
Connections
Every connection, done right
From the cylinder to the burner, from the hood to the roof, from the AC unit to the last diffuser.
- Cylinder to manifold
Copper pigtails connect each cylinder valve to the manifold header.
- Manifold to regulator
A main shut-off valve and a pressure regulator with gauge control the supply.
- Pipeline to every appliance
The line runs along the wall to each stove, bhatti and tandoor, with a valve at each point.
- Leak check
Joints are checked for leaks before the kitchen starts cooking.
- Hood to duct
Each hood connects to the duct with a collar, and baffle filters catch the grease.
- Duct to exhaust
The duct rises to the exhaust fan and the outlet, pulling smoke and heat out.
- AC unit to supply duct
Insulated GI ducts carry cool air from the AC unit along the ceiling.
- Duct to diffuser
Dampers balance each branch, and collars or flexible ducts link it to the diffuser.
Questions
Gas, exhaust and AC work: common questions
Can you add a gas pipeline to an existing kitchen?
Yes. Send photos or a rough plan of the kitchen and where the cylinders can be kept. We suggest the bank location and pipeline route, and quote for it.
Do you do the exhaust and the AC ducting together?
Yes. Exhaust ducting for the kitchen and central AC ducting for the dining or banquet hall can be planned and installed in one project.
What do you need for a quotation?
The number of burners and appliances, the kitchen and hall size or photos, the site location and your timeline. A WhatsApp message with these details is enough to start.
Do you work outside Hyderabad?
We supply across India. Site work outside Hyderabad depends on the project; we confirm it in the quotation.
Planning a new kitchen or upgrading one?
Send your menu, floor size and equipment list. We reply with options and a quotation.
